Metro Ford has always been my go to for servicing my 2017 Mustang. Sam helped me find the Mustang I was looking for (all the same features my 2017 consisted of - just a newer vehicle). He took the time to elaborate on the details, and answered any questions we had - about the vehicles, the entire car buying process, and what to expect. Not once did he pressure us into making a decision. He was very respectful and knowledgeable, which goes a long way when placing your trust in somebody to aid you in your car search. If he did not know the answer to a question (which was extremely rare), he knew exactly who to consult to provide us with an accurate response. I definitely recommend Sam with Metro Ford of OKC. We also met with Michael Stone in finance who did an excellent job explaining everything and giving us our options. He was friendly and respectful, as well! Definitely recommend! More

Overall the sales itself was good - Linda was great to work with. When it came to financing I feel like there wasn't a lot of work done to get our business set up with the loan which we were fully qualifi work with. That forced me to do my own research to get a loan set up for our business. I was easily able to establish less than half the rate we were offered by Metro Ford. - Financing also changed the sales agreement price without verbally telling me, and did not verbally tell me the about the warranty package he put on there without at very least telling me about it, and what it covers. It's his job to tell me about, and not think I know to ask about everything - I don't do this every day like him. I feel that was all 'snuck' on there hoping I wouldn't see it or ask about it. That alone makes me not want to ever do business there again. Lastly there is rust on the bottom of the new truck and I feel like it's pulling teeth to get any help with it. I've inquired many times, and still to this day I have no answer, I've even put in a ticket through Ford HQ about this and nothing yet which is slightly concerning to say the least since I'm a loyal Ford customer. More

Metro ford in okc sales some really cool trucks and they are nice when they are sailing something to you but after that they won’t help you at all if you have issues with those 100k trucks. I purchased a 8 are nice when they are sailing something to you but after that they won’t help you at all if you have issues with those 100k trucks. I purchased a 80k FTX truck last year and after driving it for a few months the aftermarket ground effects started flapping as I drove down the road. I have been to that dealership over a dozen times over the last 9 months taking pictures and given promises on it getting fixed and yet I’m still driving every day with a truck that I have to listen to the doors flapping as I drive down the road. The people are friendly but I feel they have no plans to ever help fix the issue. At this point I strongly recommend you purchase your vehicle from anyone but this dealership. I purchase lots of vehicles over the years and this seems to be the worst. More
