I really liked Jeff Belzer's web site and I liked their prices. The ease of doing most everything online was great. I was contacted by Casey Kleis we set up a meeting that fit my schedule. We came in the truck I expressed interest was waiting out side the showroom. Casey was great, answered all our questions and we felt very comfortable with out choice. Josh from aftermarket parts was great also, explained all my options and got us the extra items we wanted. Andy Crowder was great with the finance end of the deal, he was quick but very thorough we left his office with all our questions answered. Donny Abboud III was great, the new vehicle has a large amount of technology and he talked us through everything. A delightful person who spent the time needed to help me find the vehicle that I wanted. The used car price evaluator was next and he also was a very friendly and helpful individual. The trade-in value was higher than what was quoted at the other dealership that I checked. Purchased the vehicle the next Saturday afternoon. The show floor was very crowded with other shoppers but somehow everyone that I needed to deal with was available when I needed them. I didn't have to wait for anyone. These people have a very organized operation. I left completely happy with the deal and would highly recommend Belzer's to any car shopper. More

My wife and I drove through the lot dreading the "shark approach" from the sales staff which was just the opposite. We were not chased down by any sales associate the minute we drove on the property as we took our time looking through their current inventory without being bothered. As soon as we felt comfortable to talk to someone we drove up to the building, again was not "sharked" upon but was greeted by a friendly sales person that was busy with another customer but assured he would set us up with the next BEST available sales rep who ended up being Justin Englin and from there we fell in love and extremely comfortable with how smooth the buying process was. Working with Justin Englin, Gary(the guy in the fishbowl room), Don Hiltunen, and Donny Abboud III. are a testament to what the optimal vehicle buying process should be and I will be reccomending these individuals to my family, friends and co workers when showing off my new vehicle. As long as they are still employed at this dealership they will have my business for life! More
