They found the car, I took it for a test drive and 5 hours later; signed, sealed and "delivered"; my Equinox sits in my garage. I chose Belzers as the price was $3,000 less which the person at Burnsville told me that you were going to jack the price when i got there because you could not sell it that cheap. There was no games played, everything was exactly as Bob had told me. The experience was great from beginning to end, definitely be back to buy again. More

Ali didn't pressure me into any decision and worked with me to find the right SUV. He was accommodating and offered me refreshments while I waited. I appreciated how easy going he was. Jessica was the best finance person I've ever worked with at a car dealership. She was very warm and our interaction felt more like a conversation, rather than her just going through the motions. I especially loved that they have people, in my experience it was Donnie, who take you out to your new vehicle, help you set up OnStar, and go over the features. Donnie was patient as I figured out the Chevy app on my phone and asked multiple if I had any additional questions. He even went as far as to find me a phone charger when mine had died; I thought that was very considerate and went above and beyond. More
