100K maintenance Dropped my 2008 Civic in for its 100K mile maintenance (A14). I did not make an appointment before hand but Donny was able to work me in. They also fo Dropped my 2008 Civic in for its 100K mile maintenance (A14). I did not make an appointment before hand but Donny was able to work me in. They also found and repaired some minor oil leaks that cropped up due to the age of the vehicle, e.g. valve gasket. All of this was accomplished without having to leave the car overnight which would have been a major pain. I typically use the dealer for everything on the car with the exception of my last set of tires. I know that the prices are a bit higher than an independent repair shop BUT I know that the dealer has the proper tools and parts and people trained to work on my vehicle. I can also get the job fixed if something goes wrong - which has not happened. More

Donny is the The Man I have been working on keeping my Honda Accord with 178, 000 miles running for as long as I can. Thankfully, Donny Penn (my usual service adviser) I have been working on keeping my Honda Accord with 178, 000 miles running for as long as I can. Thankfully, Donny Penn (my usual service adviser) and the others at Gunn are very understanding about maintenance and cost and how easy it can add up for a high mileage vehicle. Donny always helps show me "the big issues" that need fixing as soon as possible and what we can afford to wait on for a few months. No pressure. No guilt about saying "not right now". Nice to know Donny's not taking advantage of a customer who could easily be swayed into buying everything recommended. It's the reason I keep coming back. Thanks, Donny! More
