This is the first time I actually enjoyed buying a car. I had gone to the dealership where I bought my CRV 10 years ago and was totally turned off by the salesperson. I was telling a friend and she suggested I talk to Chris Glover at Honda Dublin. Chris was awesome. He isn’t pushy at all and was very helpful in explaining all the new features and determining what model would meet my needs. He also kept me up to date on when my vehicle was being manufactured and transported to the dealership. I also feel that we got a very fair deal on our trade in. Just a note- we kept the CRV and traded a car that was not a Honda even though it was 5 years newer. Loved my CRV and love my new Pilot. And Chris will be my go to salesperson in the future. More

I have only bought new Hondas since 1988, from different Honda dealerships in several states, and Germain Honda is by far the best Honda dealership that I have ever dealt with. I worked with Winslow ('Big Win') Johnson, Marcello Frustaci, and Dontay Hunter. They were all very professional, patient and pleasant to work with. Winslow and Marcello worked with me and my wife to get us into a new, Accord Sport, despite our less than perfect credit. We got the car we wanted, at the price and payments that we were happy with. As long as we live in Ohio, we will only buy cars from Germain Honda. Make sure to ask for Winslow Johnson. He's a true professional who makes customer satisfaction his top priority. More

The one bad thing I have to say is that Ryan (didn't catch his last name) came into my financing meeting and condescended to me, interrupted my husband and I multiple times, was pushy, and really was quite unpleasant.
