Buying a new vehicle always brings me a lot of anxiety and because of that, I and Dontay Hunter, great teamwork and a wonderful buying experience! Buying a new vehicle always brings me a lot of anxiety and because of that, I do whatever I can to stay in my vehicles. Well…..my car engine went and I had to bite the bullet and purchase something. My brother owns a car repair shop and he only recommended one make. His text…buy a HONDA. I started my search on the internet and wanting to stay close to home I looked at Germain Honda. I reached out with an inquiry and Kathleen Lingrosso immediately responded, she confirmed the vehicles I was interested in were available and sent me a finance application via my phone. Tyler Carr came next, he called and was a pleasure to talk to and we arranged a time to meet after I was finished working. Allison Webb met me at the door and asked me what I was looking for and if I had any questions. Horrible weather, cold and snowy and Allison pulled the Odyssey’s I was interested in, into the garage. Allison was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles and we chatted like old friends. I settled on one and Tyler went to work. Tyler got me a WONDERFUL interest rate, I was surprised and very happy! Next came Dontay Hunter, he walked me through all the paperwork, explaining everything in detail and I was another step closer to driving my new vehicle home. All the paperwork was signed and I was back with Allison. She finished the deal and got my new baby gassed up, put my new temporary tag on and reviewed some additional safety features I needed to know. I was heading home in less than 2 hours! I have never had a more enjoyable buying experience than I did with Germain Honda. Everyone was professional, friendly, quick and I feel like I met new friends. Jheni helped me with buying a Honda Insight. I drove 250 miles one way to make this purchase. Any delay and I would have had to stay overnight. Jheni made sure everything went smooth.
