I did not realize at the time that my mistakes caused Doug to miss a significant portion of a long planned personal matter. His demeanor and patience never changed. He stayed with us until the sale was complete and he finalized our review of car operations. It is not an exaggeration: this is the best customer experience we have ever experienced, anywhere. The dealership has an amazing inventory, we found exactly what we were looking for. The management team was incredible helping us resolve our problems. In total, a GREAT experience with a super knowledgeable team. All future sales and service will be at Strongville Alfa and I’ll be calling Doug! More
