Thanks to Service Department - Jeremy Ecker To Whom may concern, I am speaking about my experience with Mohawk Honda from purchase last year of my 2014 Civic Si car. Every time I was there for To Whom may concern, I am speaking about my experience with Mohawk Honda from purchase last year of my 2014 Civic Si car. Every time I was there for the service. Mr. Jeremy Ecker would do his best to meet my requirement. First 2 times, when I went to Honda for service, Jeremy Ecker, would walk to my car to take the information. I feel I am a VIP (May 30, 2014 and Jan 7, 2015) Third time Feb 23, 2015, I got Douglas Glass’s support. Good job as well. Forth time, in May, I was to get an estimate; Thanks to Jeremy, he helped to make an appointment with Patti Ferris-Kiskis. Fifth time, on June 6, 2015, Need inspection, Thanks to Jeremy’s service, quick and easy DONE. Sixth time, in August, my tire pressure low light was on, Thanks to Doug’s service. Seventh time, Sep 25. my tire pressure low light was on, my co-worker told me it's possible I got a nail in my tire. Thanks to Jeremy’s kindness and excellent service. My experience in Honda, I would like to say Jeremy and Douglas deserve to get promoted to be a team leader or manager in the service department. I deeply appreciate their attitude and manner, Sincerely, Vicki Chen PS, I rated this service center to be "EXCELLENT" because of Jeremy and Douglas. More

Way out of their way to please My 9 year old Odyssey finally decided it needed a rest. With help and advice from Doug in Service, we decided to go for a new one. Finances came thr My 9 year old Odyssey finally decided it needed a rest. With help and advice from Doug in Service, we decided to go for a new one. Finances came through Christmas Eve, less than 2 hours prior to MH closing. Camren and Kelly and everyone involved went above and well beyond, pulled a miracle, and made it possible for us to bring our new Odyssey home on Christmas Eve. We felt like VIPs. Many thanks. More

Thank You I never write reviews but I want to write this one to Mohawk Honda, to thank them for their honesty on my car repair. I went to two reputable car rep I never write reviews but I want to write this one to Mohawk Honda, to thank them for their honesty on my car repair. I went to two reputable car repair shops they told me I probably needed struts. Having some knowledge of my own I told the one shop to check the sway bar bushings. They said everything was tight, so I decided to put struts on the back of my Element The problem I was having was noise under my Element a clattering noise. I thought it might be the bushings, they told me no. So I trusted them and put the struts on. This didn't get rid of the noise. So I went to Mohawk Honda they said they don't think its the struts and they said that the sway bar bushings were loose. They told me we should start there. They did the front and the back it cost me $120, problem solved, sounds and rides like brand new. Thank you again Mohawk Honda, thanks to Lisa and Doug in Service. Saved me tons of money I should of went to Honda in the 1st place lesson learned More
