Very satisfy with the excellent service. Have been going to Mohawk now for the last four cars we have driven. We drive from Columbia County and it's well worth it. More

Amazing Customer Service I have Mohawk advantage so I automatically get all of my service done at Mohawk Honda. Unfortunately the trip is a little long for me. However, my exp I have Mohawk advantage so I automatically get all of my service done at Mohawk Honda. Unfortunately the trip is a little long for me. However, my experience with the service professionals is worth every mile! Doug helped me the last time I was at Mohawk Honda and not only was he so professional and personable, he was extremely helpful. I was there for a routine service but he also offered to have my registration put on ... which by the way was in my glove box for the past 6 months. This was something my dad always did for me so to have him offer was really kind and helpful. Though I drive 35-40 minutes for service and have 3 other Honda dealers closer to home, I will continue to go to Mohawk Honda because employees like Doug are enough reason to make the trip! More

Lack of knowledge I brought my Pilot in simply for an oil change and inspection. Doug try's to insist that my pilot takes synthetic oil and that the oil change would be I brought my Pilot in simply for an oil change and inspection. Doug try's to insist that my pilot takes synthetic oil and that the oil change would be significantly more expensive. I've had my pilot for years, I'm very familiar with it's oil type. This was a complete BS up-sell and Doug was pissed that I wasn't buying it. Just very poor customer interaction. More

I owned a Honda prior to the new purchase but regularly had my car serviced at your location and Doug has been wonderful to deal with. Service above and beyond expectations! My battery died with no warning and I was only about 1 mile away from Mohawk Honda. I'm a health care professional who needed to be at my next clinic My battery died with no warning and I was only about 1 mile away from Mohawk Honda. I'm a health care professional who needed to be at my next clinic in one hour. I decided to call the service department to see if they could help. Best decision ever! Doug Glass came up with a solution that not only started my car, but got a new battery installed in record time. I was only 5 minutes late to my next clinic. Thank you, Doug, for making an excellent service opportunity out of a car breakdown! More

Service Department was the issue..Sales was excellent I brought my 2012 Honda Fit in to have the recalled airbag replaced.They told me that when it was finished it would be washed and vacuumed,it was not I brought my 2012 Honda Fit in to have the recalled airbag replaced.They told me that when it was finished it would be washed and vacuumed,it was not done and I could not wait for it any longer.
