Doug has spent the better part of his life in the Golf Industry as a PGA Professional. In 2015, he found himself changing direction and following a new career path and another passion automobiles. Since he was a child, he always loved anything to do with automobiles. Spitzer Toyota has given him the opportunity to follow one of his dreams, working with cars and people simultaneously. For many years, friends, family and acquaintances have asked for his opinion on new or used car purchases. He always seemed to find the time to help out when ever possible. He has now taken the skills learned from all the different professions throughout life and brought it to the Automotive Industry. He enjoys the challenge of exceeding customer expectations and meeting their individual needs and goals. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, fishing, biking and working on projects around the house. First time Toyota buyer, First time Spitzer buyer I just went through the buying experience for the first time at Spitzer Toyota. Additionally, this purchase was my first Toyota. I purchased a 2018 I just went through the buying experience for the first time at Spitzer Toyota. Additionally, this purchase was my first Toyota. I purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner. Love it!! Our sales agent was Doug Klenoshek (our finance manager was Kyle Hembree). Doug did a very good job of balancing professionalism and trust building. The process of purchasing a car can be frustrating (and most often - daunting). Doug maintained a good balance of selling and educating. It really eased the process for my family. I would certainly recommend Doug and Spitzer to any person in the market for a vehicle. More

Did not feel like a bad stereotypical sketchy car salesman. I had in mind a range of where I wanted to be monthly payment wise, there was not a ton of back forth and we got there very comfortably and easily. Team was also very helpful also when I realized I had made a mistake and they made everything a breeze in regards to painlessly fixing it. Lot, building and service dept seemed fantastic, clean and responsive. All in all a very positive experience. More
