Doug Klenoshek did a great job of being persistent enough to get my attention, without being too naggy. Rutul (Rudy) Shah handled my sale and was very upfront and honest about the entire process. I felt confident that I was getting a good deal and that I was empowered to choose the best options for my situation. Communication was prompt, convenient, and friendly. My whole experience was painless even at a time when finding new vehicles has been nearly impossible. Kyle Hembree made the paperwork easy and was convincing but not overly aggressive in suggesting the extended warranty. I ended up choosing the maximum ToyotaCare Plus package.
