Sam & Doug in the sales department were great. Sam was extremely efficient in finding the model we wanted with the optIons we wanted. It was our first time to lease and Doug made sure we understood all th extremely efficient in finding the model we wanted with the optIons we wanted. It was our first time to lease and Doug made sure we understood all the numbers to go with the best option for us. Kareem in finance was nice and understood our frustration with an issue with the computer/ paperwork that day. Counting the day we signed the paperwork it took 2 extra trips to get everything settled. There seems to opportunities for more education and training needed by the whole finance department in dealing with one payment lease contract. If it is a matter of the right template isn’t in the computer system then definitely need an IT upgrade. With that being said I do recommend this dealership. We even have Sam looking for a vehicle for another family member. More
