All paperwork was ready to complete the sale when my wife and I arrived at the dealership , with a finance rate that could not be beaten either. All employees were friendly and courteous, offering assistance whenever we even looked as if we needed it. Althuogh we didn't have much time to enjoy the facility, we found it to be attractive, clean, and comfortable. Doug's assistant Charles Lane did a good job of explaning as many of the unique systems as we could absorb in one sitting and followed up the next day to see how we were doing.
