Car buying experience Just purchased a 2018 Edge from Hempstead Ford Lincoln from Doug Curtis and Tony Balsamo. My wife and myself stated looking four months ago and must Just purchased a 2018 Edge from Hempstead Ford Lincoln from Doug Curtis and Tony Balsamo. My wife and myself stated looking four months ago and must have went back to see Tony four times over the four months. Each time Tony was as nice as the last time. Because of his knowledge with the car and the friendly atmosphere their we knew this was the place to buy. Have had the Edge for three days now and am very please with the way it handles and the pickup with the ecoboost engine. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new car get an Edge from Tony and Doug. They also have a very good and reliable service department. More

Making things right I leased my 2017 for Explorer in Oct of 2017 and I am very happy with the vehicle. if it wasn't for Doug Curtis and Karen Wunderlich I would never hav I leased my 2017 for Explorer in Oct of 2017 and I am very happy with the vehicle. if it wasn't for Doug Curtis and Karen Wunderlich I would never have wanted to go back to this dealership again. I hit a few road blocks with a few other employees with phone calls, call backs, follow ups with my paper work but, Doug Curtis was able to expedite what I needed once he knew about the situation. Thank you Doug for Making Things Right! When I dropped my vehicle off last Thursday to be repaired, I met Karen and I was reassured she would take care of everything and there would be different outcomes. So far she has kept her word and I am confident I will get my car back with out any more issues, and my future experiences will be more positive. Thank you Karen for Making Things Right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also want to thank Cathy who is on the meet and greet line of servie for always being so pleasant and helpful. More

Do not use this dealer Hempstead ford provides a very poor customer srrvice experience. They are rude snd short with the customers. SO WHEN YOU TEY TO CHECK UP ON THE STATUS OF YOUR VEHICLE REPAIR YOU ONLY GET VOICEMAIL!! They don't bother to calk back. I guess the service department thrives on the facf that Fords break down so much that they always need repairs!!!! Service department is not worried because of the frequent and high price maintenance costs of owning a Ford! They could he more professional in their service delivery. More

Service department is nonresponsive!they don't return calls, are unhelpful and take FOREVER to complete repairs on vehicles that should not be damaged. More
