Poor service for commercial. I broke my van there for two days nothing was being done after two days I was told to come back for a different appointment which who knows if he's go I broke my van there for two days nothing was being done after two days I was told to come back for a different appointment which who knows if he's going to get fixed nobody can leave the car for so long not fixed. On my next appointment they supposed to order the parts that see if this will happen it's feel weird when you go to a dealership that don't have part to f no car loaner .! More

From the moment I walked in the sales consultant John Berto was professional, prompt, and was a great listener. We talked about everything available for the F-150 and we placed an order that day. Over the following weeks he would periodically touch base to let me know where in the production process the truck was and what the expected delivery date was. When the day it arrived and I pulled into the lot and saw my beautiful new truck sitting in front of the showroom I knew I had made the right choice going with Ford. John again explained all the pricing, incentives, and fees in a very transparent manner. I would recommend Hempstead Ford Lincoln to absolutely anyone and everyone! More

TOP SERVICE EVERYTIME!!!! I have been involved (and have purchased a few cars) with this dealer for over 20 years, and they still are one of the top quality places when it come I have been involved (and have purchased a few cars) with this dealer for over 20 years, and they still are one of the top quality places when it comes to having your car regularly serviced. I feel confident knowing that i can trust their expertise when it comes to servicing my vehicle. I have never been told i needed 'something' I did not need when it came to servicing my car. I remember being told by a rival mechanic that I needed 'something' done, but my instincts told me to get a second opinion, so I went back to Hempstead Ford and was told I did not need 'that' done. I remember being told a long time ago that I get what I pay for. It is true. If there was ever an issue (maybe one or two over twenty plus years) with the work done at Hempstead Ford, they welcomed the opportunity to check it out and correct without the drama many rivals put you through. Well they were both wrong!!! They were 50$ a month than crown ford and 70$ less than Levittown ford with same out of pocket. Thank you Hempstead ford. I'm a customer for life now More
