He worked with our schedule, stayed at work late, showed us all the vehicles that we wanted to look at (including two that had to be transferred from Columbia) Buying a car is always stressful in some sense, but my experience at Joe Machens Capital City Ford was above and beyond the most comfortable. He isn't pushy, gives great advice, does all he can for you, truly above and beyond the call. When I purchase anything, by the time I show up I have already decided to make the purchase. You can buy car anywhere, that's how I see it, every car dealership sells the same type of vehicles.
