I recently visited Joe Machens Capital City Ford/Lincoln dealership in Jefferson City in search of my first, new car. The salesmen I worked with were very friendly and never over-bearing. They were always m dealership in Jefferson City in search of my first, new car. The salesmen I worked with were very friendly and never over-bearing. They were always more than happy to answer any questions I had at any time, and returned any of my calls very promptly. They always had a smile on their faces, although I'm sure it was frustrating at times with all of my questions, being new to the car-buying industry. They offered to stay as late as I needed to answer any questions, and to help me find the car that fit all of my needs and wants. After just two days, the salesmen had explained even the tinest of details about the loans, interest rates I qualified for, and had showed me as many cars, in as many locations that I wanted to see. I am proud to say I have signed all the papers and am on my way to owning my brand new ford! I would most definitely recommend the Joe Machens in Jefferson City to anyone whom is looking to buy a great vehicle. The service is wonderful and they have some amazing rides!! Good luck!! More

First, I would like to thank John Lange for a painless experience with the sales and service department. John was very professional and personable in his approach with us during the agreement process. I felt no stress or pressure to purchase, and I think that is the best approach to sales. Previous to my purchase, I met with Doug Keeler on the parking lot in January and talked truck talk for about an hour. He was fun to talk with about trucks, local politics, school, and athletic issues. I did not return until late March, when I by chance met John on the lot and went into the office to discuss a price on a F-150. The rest is history. I would rank the sales people as excellent in their job as salesmen. I also appreciate the help of John Desmond in the service department. He was very helpful in getting mud flaps put on my truck the same day that I picked up my new truck. Thanks guys!! I would also like Ford Motor Company to know that one of the reasons that I shopped Ford is because they did not take the help of the federal government when faced with tough financial decisions. By standing on your principles, biting the financial bullet, and making the necessary adjustment with your labor force, you proved that Independence and Freedom are still alive in America!
