It is an amazing car, they are so nice and polite. We live in Columbia and went to Machens in Columbia first but they were so rude and pushy that I refused to go back. When my husband found a car I liked at Joe Machens Jeff City I was specital at first, but I'm so glad we went there. The atmosphere is so calm and welcoming, people are nice to you. I'm 21 with a 4 year old child; many people look at us badly and don't think we can handle big things like buying a car, but I was glad that they held no judgement against us and we're a family friendly place. Our dealer, DOUGLAS KEELER, was amazing. Kind, honest, upfront, and worked way over what was expected. He stayed 2 HOURS past what he was supposed to in order to make sure we were happy with our purchase even though we were waiting on the finance office. I suggest everyone go to him, and you'll be happy. JEFF in financing is also amazing. He works with what you want to pay and makes sure you get it. I will definitely be going back for more purchases in the future. More

Best vehicle buying experience ever! I rated my specific experience with 5 stars because it was the best experience I have had all around ever. Typically I dred dealing with salesmen an I rated my specific experience with 5 stars because it was the best experience I have had all around ever. Typically I dred dealing with salesmen and car dealerships in general due to the fact that I am just another number, however this is my 2nd vehicle I have purchased from them and I can say Douglas Keeler is by far the best salesman I have ever seen and worked with. I went into the dealership and spoke with Douglas about a few options I had and asked him numerous questions about the 2015 F150 I was looking at. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped me make informed decisions about what fit me the best. Douglas was extremely professional but was very fun to work with at the same time. He stayed after hours on two separate evenings helping me locate my perfect truck with everything I wanted. He worked with me for well over 12 hours just finding the vehicle I wanted and even provided me with his personal contact number during this time. Once we found the vehicle I wanted, he went above and beyond my expectations by providing me the best deal possible and helping me to get the vehicle within my budget. Douglas treated me like family in my opinion and took the time to get to know not only me but my family as well and built trust while gaining my business yet again. He even answered questions and researched the proper way to install the child safety seats in the truck , ( apparently I had been doing it incorrectly as my wife advised ) Once the purchase was concluded, he showed me all the bells and whistles in the vehicle and ensured I had everything I needed. His ability to help me through the truck buying experience was seamless, very easy, professional and fun, yes even fun. We hope to be back soon to have Douglas help us find our new family vehicle. Purchase of a used Ford Explorer 4X4 Limited Doug was patient in helping me find the right vehicle for my current personal and family needs. First we went to the internet and searched the listing of current vehicles available that seemed to fit what I was trying to find and then when we finished he also suggested a vehicle that was being traded to the dealership at the time I was there. We discussed the vehicle and when it was available Doug had me come back to the dealership to take it for a test drive. The vehicle seemed like an extremely well cared for car that was in excellent condition. I had previously checked with the credit union and local bank regarding the value of the car and I purchased the vehicle following my test drive. Doug was also helpful by introducing me to the service manager to discuss future care of the vehicle. When I came to take final possession of the car Doug was outside personally drying off the car after it had been detailed. More
