Wonderful Experience!! I had set up an appointment to have warranty issue taken care of. Doug Montalbano was so good to me and arranged for a car so I would not be without I had set up an appointment to have warranty issue taken care of. Thorough, Knowledgeable and Considerate Doug Montalbano was my contact person for this visit. He had the routine maintenance performed, oil change, etc. and helped me better understand the n Doug Montalbano was my contact person for this visit. He had the routine maintenance performed, oil change, etc. and helped me better understand the navigation system in my Avalon, voice activated vs. manual. He also showed me what to do with the rear windows when they are stuck. He checked to be sure I understood how to activate the heater, with cold weather coming. This is different than the AC. I don't know what I would do without Doug; he is much better than the "two inch thick" manual. More
