Great experience the minute I pulled into the dealership. Was greeted by Daryl Horton who talked with me briefly and ask me a few questions about my needs. I told him I was interested in seeing a Tucson and a Santafe. He then introduced me to Doug Moyers who showed me both cars. Loved the Tucson style,color,price and ride. Michael helped me with financing and was great to work with. Doug went over all the options on the car and set up some electronic things I probably couldn’t have done myself. He was great and spent a lot of time with me. My experience with Daryl, Doug and Michael was excellent they all made me feel very welcomed. Very knowledgeable guys and very customer oriented. I just stopped at Paramount Kia on a road trip to stretch my legs and look around. Met Doug and had a great first meeting. Not pushy at all but also available... like a perfect balance.
