Failure to timely provide service records The dealership's printer was allegedly not printing and NO service records were provided at time of purchase. We took their word that there has never The dealership's printer was allegedly not printing and NO service records were provided at time of purchase. We took their word that there has never been any problem with this vehicle only to find later (after prodding them repeatedly to email us the service records) that they machined the rims of 2 wheels and that 1 of the wheels is significantly bent (at the "modest " repair cost of $3500 and up). There are other entries on the service reports currently being investigated--removing the driver's seat to allegedly change the battery, etc. These are dishonest and unprofessional dealers. More
