I had looked at used cars listed online and he gave me honest feedback on the cars I was looking at. I test drove a few cars and ended up liking a 2019 Ecosport the best. It was the only Ecosport they had on the lot and had been a demo car, so I got a very good deal on it. As far as Doyle, he truly listened to what we wanted every time and went above and beyond to get us in exactly what we were looking for. He is patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. We moved to Mansfield recently yet we still drove an hour to Bill Utter Ford to buy our newest car. There are countless dealerships between our home and Denton but to us it is worth the drive to deal with honest people who care more about making their customers happy than just getting the sale.
