Good experience: test drive, purchase and check out Well, I came in during the C 19 pandemic, talked to Doyle Chaffin, he had a 2019 Ranger parked outside to test drive, gave me the keys,gave me a few p Well, I came in during the C 19 pandemic, talked to Doyle Chaffin, he had a 2019 Ranger parked outside to test drive, gave me the keys,gave me a few pointers about the Ranger, and I soloed the truck in various operations on different roadways. Then we discussed most aspects of its operation and purchase/financing procedures. Doyle made that pretty easy to accomplish. Went home to discuss the purchase of the Ranger with my wife (CFO) and came back the next afternoon. Doyle answered a few questions for my wife and I about the truck and payment methods and we bought the Ranger. Doyle made the purchase very plain and simple. He was very considerate of my wife and took the time to answer her questions and show her particulars about the Ranger. He is genuinely interested in his customers and is so considerate of their needs never displaying any pressure tactics for a sale. He is a great asset to the Utter family. I will come see him again when the need arises. More
