Great People I literally was in and out in less than an hour. Best buying experience in my life. I've bought over 30 new cars in my life, between my personal an I literally was in and out in less than an hour. Best buying experience in my life. I've bought over 30 new cars in my life, between my personal and my company vehicles. This has been by far the best experience of them all. The only downside is my new truck has issues with the 8" screen audio system. It's not worked since I bought the truck. I checked with the service department and was told that it's a common problem. Unfortunately, there is no in house tech to fix it. We have to rely on an external vendor to come by and repair it, and that vendors schedule is chaotic, at best. More

First of all thanks to Doyle at Bill Utter Ford. He's the sales man that has worked with me twice already. And he has made it possible for me to enjoy 2 of the 3 trucks I have gotten from Bill Utter Ford. Th sales man that has worked with me twice already. And like family they made me wait a while for everything to get done. But I'm enjoying my new F150 F4 super crew. Thanks guys. More

The only issue was trying to pick from the available options. The huge inventory made it tough because there were several that met my needs and I just had to pick one. These are good problems. I had a budget for my truck and the final price was right in the range that I wanted to spend. Doyle made sure I get the truck I wanted with the payments that I wanted. I have already recommended Bill Utter Ford to my family. More
