My experience with Mr. Mateo was outstanding. His knowledge of the cars is superb, but his service goes even further. I’ve bought cars before, but I’ve never had a salesper Mateo was outstanding. I’ve bought cars before, but I’ve never had a salesperson remind me to drink water as much as he did the man kept me hydrated like it was part of the warranty! All jokes aside, his professionalism, honesty, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. City World Hyundai, whatever you do, don’t get rid of this guy. He’s a rare one, and I’ll definitely be sending people his way. More

She efficiently managed the necessary paperwork and promptly facilitated a switch to a different vehicle prior to my interaction with the financial department. In her perspective, the car I desired was already secured for me. Even after the completion of the transaction, she remained available to address my inquiries. Although I had concerns regarding the pricing, she ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the process. Ultimately, I am now driving the vehicle I wanted. I extend my gratitude to Diana and look forward to returning in approximately four to five years for my next car purchase. More
