She made an appointment 10:30 am for an oil change. Drew told me there was NO loaner cars for 3 weeks!! I told her that I needed the car, and she told me the latest the car would be ready was the foll Drew told me there was NO loaner cars for 3 weeks!! I told her that I needed the car, and she told me the latest the car would be ready was the following morning. The folllwing no calls from her. I however leave her 5 messages, and my phone number, to return and give me an update. Nothing until 3pm!!! The worst service!! This is my 3rd Porsche. I have been dealing with Porsche service for over 10yrs. Never an issue with Englewood Porsche, or here either. I’ve had all 4 of my tires changed here. Always wonderful. She doesn’t have ANY customer service skills, let alone Porsche. I told her to drop off my car at my apt, w/o oil change, and I will take it to another dealer. She told me that they were backed up! Then why did she make an appointment , and not contact me ALL DAY!! She told me to hold on and see if they could do it now. Would you believe they finally did it, because I was going to get my car. More
