She apprised me ASAP upon learning tire had to be replaced. She also reviewed next service and explained what that would entail and approximate cost. Good follow-up to ensure car was running well and the I had no issues. This service center is outstanding. I even received a short video on the inspection of my car and the tire issue. From drop off to checkout, everyone is making sure your needs are met. Even the lovely lady at the cafe in the waiting lounge. She always strives to make sure you are comfortable. I will not go anywhere else to have my Porsche serviced. More
