Walked in 10:30am and was told to go see the guy I was
assigned to. So I walked over and said good morning I was told to come see you. he said he was currently helping someone else if I could wait in the

I said no he told me to come wait. at 1:11pm i'm called over by the guy and he said, you have an expensive car...its $167.00 oil and tired rotated.... I said oh I have the Ally program. He said No, I checked that after the oil change was done, it just expired and he walked away. I had the cashier call him back over and said Im being charged labor for the tire rotation, i didnt even request for that, just the oil change thru online - he said its included in all oil changes. Then I asked why was I not asked beforehand about the service. because I would have gone somewhere cheaper, I could have made that descision, because I dont have $167 but I should have been asked. every person has always checked before to verify Ally. He walked off again. so I leave only to my vehicle that is now double stacked behind other cars and I have to have someone move the vehicle in front of mine so I can even leave!!!
Wasnt going to leave a review...but for the 2nd time now. the oil gasket was not put on right and my vehicle again started to leak oil again within 3 days of oil change. $167 and its not even a complete job! for the 2nd time!! unacceptable.
Not even worth going back. Express oil change verified problem and said it was service error, no actual leak and within 15 min fixed Sugarlands poor service.
