On 08-14-23 Mike Jones the service advisor miss diagnosed my check engine light and had me pay for something I did not need. When I picked up my truck the check engine light was still ON!!!!!!!! it turns out my check engine light and had me pay for something I did not need. When I picked up my truck the check engine light was still ON!!!!!!!! it turns out Mike Jones never sent my truck to diagnostics so I don’t know what I paid for I’m feeling very distraught and scammed out of $1240.00 the service manager was so nonchalant as if to say oh well you shouldn’t have allowed him to service your vehicle. I was charged $1240.00 for a $179.95 job come to find out it was just a loose wire the service manager thinks he did me a favor because he didn’t charge me the $179.95 the second time the same day I came back for my check engine light. I need someone who really cares to contact me I had an emotional breakdown in the restroom and had to come out composed as if I’m okay because I did not want to make a scene on the service floor which would have harmed business for your company. I’m being defrauded and I’m worried about Classic Elite Chevrolet Sugar Lands business by not showing the mental anguish and emotional distress on the service floor with your customers. More
