Sadly, I feel my relationship with Classic Chevrolet Sugar Land is coming to an end. I took my 2016 Silverado in for a broken Windshield Washer Pump and was charged $624.87 for labor alone. This dealership used to be one of the top in the Houston area. Atleast until about 2016 or so, when there was a change in management and employees. Since then they have became a typical every day dealership area. Atleast until about 2016 or so, when there was a change in management and employees. Since then they have became a typical every day dealership with playing with numbers and shoving $4000 dealer xx addons to vehicles. Just like all the others. I have been dealing with Classic for a long time and have bought several vehicles. My 2023 Colorado has been in service as I write this, for a month now and I have yet to receive any updates. Nothing major. Just some minor issues and one moderate issue with the frontal collision system. No drivability issues. No check engine light. So I have been trying to get a state inspection done, which expired end of February. After 3 times asking I was told that it would be better to wait after all the work was completed so there wasn't any check engine lights on. Wel like I said, there weren't any when I brought it in. So now that the inspect has not been done, I will not be able to get my sticker from the local grocery store because they only have the previous month for so long. So now I will have to take off work to drive a hour to the county court house to get it. Thanks Classic NOT SO ELITE Chevrolet. You should remove Elite from your name anyways. Because you are far from being "Elite". And you dealers always expect a 5 star review even if you don't earn it. And I do know that service advisors get docked pay for poor reviews. I try to give a honest review and I am not going to lie just to make you feel better at the end of the day. Hopefully I will get my truck back soon, because a month is way to long for little things. But I was trying to see how service going to be for future services on all of my vehicles. And I live almost a hour away, but am will to drive that far for good sales and service. Which you have so far failed at both. There is to much detail to all of this to type all of it out. I just want people to know how I have been treated at Classic "Elite" Chevrolet so far. Just an update from this review initial date. I finally got my truck back with almost all things supposedly fixed. Well they weren't. I had to return days later to have my emissions inspection recheck. And a steering issue that was to me a safety concern, which was caused by a steering shaft replacement. But both of those were taken care of while I waited. So that's good. But I do have to drop it off again to give them a second chance to fix the issues that were supposedly fixed the first time. Austin Rizzo the sales person was good to work with on what we were looking for to purchase. The first Equinox that we were to purchase was not removed from stock and was sold. We brought the car back to clean white spot all over the engine compartment and fix loose trim on the inside roof control center. They did good job of taking care of the issues but left 3 scratches on the black grill at the top. More
