This 1 star is actually a zero They treated my girlfriend like a dope and let her leave their shop with the vehicle not checked per their ‘gold standard’ checklist, and with the rear brakes in an girlfriend like a dope and let her leave their shop with the vehicle not checked per their ‘gold standard’ checklist, and with the rear brakes in an unsafe condition I had bought a front a rear wiper to put on after the Oil change and ‘inspection’, because one was almost withered to nothing and the rubber blade on the rear was literally hanging off the metal arm. They checked them off as OK. They claimed the rear pads had 7mm on them. 2 days later I had them measured and they were below 2mm. They claimed that the rear rotors were perfect. They actually had deep gouges in them from the nearly bare pads and protruding rivets digging into them. She asked them to change the fuel filter, they said they couldn’t get the part. This is the 4th and last time we will take a car to the Infiniti shop in Melbourne. Each time she makes an appt for something that should take an hour, they don’t make the appt and she has to leave the car there all day, sometimes over night. I tried to contact the service manager Martin Hausen. I left a message, and 2 more times this week his phone went right to a full voice mail recorder. We will Never take our car here again. I can’t imagine what buying a car there is like. I know I’ll never find out. More
