I would absolutely run from this dealership. They have the worst customer service ever. You make an appointment with them and arrangement for a loaner and go to your appointment and they said They have the worst customer service ever. You make an appointment with them and arrangement for a loaner and go to your appointment and they said oh we have nothing for you. How about a courtesy call the day before. Then they arranged another appointment with me and said they would pick up my vehicle and drop off the loaner. Their office called me the day before to let me know they would be pick up vehicle and GUESS WHAT they texted me 5 minutes after they were scheduled to pick up my vehicle to tell me they did not have a loaner vehicle. Of course they had no idea why anyone confirmed the appointment the day before. I have had a knocking in my steering now for over 3 weeks, but apparently warranty work is no big deal to them. I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment to start with to get the loaner. Who know at this point if the knocking in my steering is causing other issues. More

Awesome service and they came 50 miles to pick up my car. There were some delays, but they had great communication. I’d highly recommend anybody to use Infiniti of Melbourne. No communication from the service department. We had to call to check on the status multiple times, always with a promise that they'd call back in a few minutes, which they never did. We were actually there a free oil change and tire rotation because of the same issue on our previous time there. Overall a very unpleasant experience. If there was another dealership closer, I would go there in a minute. They attempt to do the right thing, however, customer service is not there strong suit. More
