★☆☆☆☆ – Avoid This Dealership My vehicle was damaged while in the care of Infiniti of Melbourne on November 5, 2025. The service manager (Martin Hausen) acknowledged responsibility and agreed in writin while in the care of Infiniti of Melbourne on November 5, 2025. The service manager (Martin Hausen) acknowledged responsibility and agreed in writing to cover repairs. Months later (now May 1, 2026), the service manager delayed, stopped responding, and changed his position. The service manager “declined” to repair the damage, citing my son’s “unprofessionalism,” despite him simply stating the facts and reiterating Infiniti of Melbourne’s service department’s negligence. My son is a highly experienced, top-tier service advisor in the automotive industry, and his dealership would never treat a customer this way or refuse responsibility for damage caused under their care. Since the vehicle has a special metallic paint, I was highly concerned when the service manager initially had a mobile paint vendor assess the damage (who also confirmed it required proper body shop repair). Despite this, we were later directed to a body shop with consistently poor reviews citing unfinished work, poor workmanship, and lack of customer follow-up. When Martin Hausen had previously agreed to have my son’s dealership’s body shop complete the repair to ensure proper oversight and quality. There were also multiple vehicles fraudulently/incorrectly listed under my profile that I do not own, raising further concerns about their recordkeeping and professionalism. This reflects a lack of internal controls and oversight within their service department. What should have been a simple oil change turned into a 3-hour appointment and a damaged vehicle, which is completely unacceptable. Lack of accountability and unprofessional handling. I did not realize they worked with extended warranty companies and he helped make the process extremely easy with excellent communication every step of the way. A repair you know will be completed with the correct parts and verified to manufactured specifications. 5 Stars! More

Polite professional ans friendly staff. I know I pay a premium for service going to the dealership- but knowing the work will be done right by nice people makes it worth it. Martin was the most helpful when it came to any questions I had, I live in Tampa and even at the dealership there it doesn’t seem like they care as Much as he does, phenomenal customer service!
