I do not do reviews, but I could not let this one pass. I have never seen a dealership with so much emphasis on customer service. I went there for 1 particular vehicle. I purchased the vehicle that had I have never seen a dealership with so much emphasis on customer service. I went there for 1 particular vehicle. I purchased the vehicle that had an issue during the test drive. Mechanically inclined as I am, I knew it was a small issue. I purchased the vehicle anyway, left it with them for the repair at their expense, and they rented me a 15-passenger van that I could use on a vacation for my family that was to start the next day. Upon return, the part for my vehicle had just got in. I returned the van and they gave me a new bronco to drive while the vehicle was being repaired the next few days. And the vehicle I purchased, drives great now. And since I don't live in the area, they were going to drive the vehicle to me. I declined that and met them halfway instead. This is all inclusive to a pretty fair deal on the vehicle itself (2015 Ford Expedition EL). Everything was relaxed, no pressure, negotiation was quick easy and fair. I thank specifically, my salesman, Logan, Manager Drew, another manager whose name escapes me at this time, and Finance Officer Bishoy. And I don't want to leave out any of the front desk ladies that were so nice and helpful each time I called and showed up as well as the rental car office team. The whole place is dedicated to customer service. I will not speak to their prices as I looked at only the vehicle I was there for, but I'd bet they are all fair deals and I'd pay a little more here for the experience than to get a better deal with poor customer service somewhere else. I went car shopping over the weekend at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. My spouse and I was greeted by the nicest young salesman. His name is Bilal Abudayeh, he spoke to us in depth about what we were looking for in a automotive need. He carefully listened to all of our concerns, needs and wants. He literally addressed them all and allowed us to view vehicles that they had of other auto manufacturers that was traded in that I thought I wanted. I gave him a list of vehicles I was interested in but I also let it be known that I am a loyal Ford customer. I've owned a Bronco, Explorer, & Expedition in past. Bilal obliged my desire to try other vehicles from the lot but he stayed true to in recognizing our love of Ford vehicles. At the end of the day Bilal heard our needs and found us the vehicle that was a fit for my Family and yes it was a Ford 🥰. We purchased a Ford Explorer XLT that had enough room for us and the grandkids. Now we can travel in 1 vehicle rather than 2. Bilal was a delight to work with and his like-abilty and warmth is very welcoming!I urge you to seek out Bill if looking for a New or used car at Parks of Wesley Chapel.
