All three times I’ve been in to get a new car, they have been able to meet my budget......very rare! Routine maintenance visits have also been Thorough and meet my needs with such a tight schedule. I would strongly recommend My friends and family to Team Nissan! 2 hours for oil change? Too long. Everyone was very nice, but two hours for a scheduled oil change is a long time to wait. Wonderful, honest and friendly Came in for oil change and state inspection. Thought I may need tires or at least a rotation. The told me the tires were still good and that the tires Came in for oil change and state inspection. Thought I may need tires or at least a rotation. The told me the tires were still good and that the tires didn’t even need to be rotated. They would be good through the summer. And that only the normal maintenance items needed to be done. The last dealership I went to told me my battery was leaking and my front two struts needed to be replaced. Thankfully I didn’t listen to them as I would have been spending unnecessary money. It’s food to have an honest dealership!!!! More

Gave me pricing, figured out warranty information. I will have all future service done with Team Nissan. More

Very Good I have used Team Nissan since I purchased my 2013 Altima in September of 2012. There service department is very good. No hassles of pressure. They service my car, and make any recommendations as needed. My car is 5 1/2 yrs old and this is the first or second time during an oil change that they have recommended some additional service needed. I need to have my rear brakes replaced and that makes sense to me after 5 1/2 yrs on the road. Good Job !!! More

Oil change I appreciated the coupon discount. I am a senior on a fixed income. I have a 2013 Altima that I initially leased but now own. Only 52103 miles on it. I appreciated the coupon discount. But I do have one question...when I dropped it off the mileage was 52103 but when I got in to drive away the mileage was 52104. How did you drive a mile within the garage?? Also I will do comparison shopping for the transmission fluid change and brake fluid change re price quoted. For next visit. More
