Very disappointed. We were told that the timing belt had been recently replaced and found paperwork that states otherwise and also can see visually that it has not been We were told that the timing belt had been recently replaced and found paperwork that states otherwise and also can see visually that it has not been replaced. When I brought this up to the sales guy, the response was "I talked to my manager and if service didn't replace the timing belt it didn't need to be replaced. The previous owner may have refused to do it at the place they got it quoted at and then took it somewhere else to be replaced. We do everything we can to keep our good reputation and selling cars that are not road worthy would only hurt that reputation." Well, it needs to be replaced and now is our responsibility. Also, for a detailed cleaning, they really lack in detail. There were still dead bugs in the back window area, trash in the console and just dirt everywhere. Especially under the hood. This experience has drastically changed our opinion on Suntrup. Never again. I do have pictures to back up this info. And, no, I don't need someone from Suntrup reaching out to me unless they are going to pay for the timing belt parts we now had to buy. We surely would never bring this car back to them for any work as they lied to us about the timing belt and we now cannot trust them. Also, the inside of the dealership is dirty. There was trash, dirt and dust in between the furniture and on the walls by the coffee station. More
