Best dealership I’ve ever been to I went into Mike Murphy Ford today looking to trade in my car and get another truck. Salesmen Drew met me at the front desk and treated me with respec I went into Mike Murphy Ford today looking to trade in my car and get another truck. Salesmen Drew met me at the front desk and treated me with respect and was very polite. He made the car buying experience stress free and showed me everything I wanted to see. The owner of the dealership came out and made it his mission to see and talk to everyone that came in the door. Drew responded promptly and provided me all the additional information I requested, including pictures. There was a minor delay when we came to test drive the car, but everyone was very apologetic and kept us informed. Again, everyone we encountered at the dealership was very pleasant and positive. My husband and I kind of laughed because we must have been offered a bottle of water a dozen times during our visit because everyone is so customer service oriented. We drive a little over an hour to this dealership for our purchase, and it was well worth the drive. More
