After doing some shopping amongst other dealers, I was able to get a deal I was happy with. As is often the case, you need competition to help drive down the purchase price. Although Biener's initial of able to get a deal I was happy with. As is often the case, you need competition to help drive down the purchase price. Although Biener's initial offer to me was certainly not the best I received, they eventually came down to where we needed to be. Other than that, my experience was stellar. Drew Russo is very personable, pleasant and upfront. Once you get down to business, he is a straight shooter who delivers on what he promises. Although there was a mix up on the APR rate for the new 2014 model of 2.9% instead of the 1.9% that was mentioned when we first ordered the vehicle. Nevertheless Drew admitted the error as he had no way of predicting the new APR rate for 2014 models and threw in free tints for the sunroof on behalf of the dealer to compensate for the error. Looking forward to working with this dealership again in near future on either an A5 or A6 purchase. Thank you for the great experience once again. More
