Drew is the best salesmen that I have ever dealt with hands down. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get me into that vehicle. This is my second purchase at Biener Audi. I have worked with Drew Russo twice and have found him to be a pleasure to work with. He explains everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He has a no nonsense approach which I also find to be to my liking. The service department at Biener has always treated me well anytime I have needed something done on my vehicle. The only reason I went to Biener Audi was because of Drew Russo. I am not related to him and met him for the first time 4 months ago when my wife purchased her A4. unfortunately we could not get a deal done Russo. I am not related to him and met him for the first time 4 months ago when my wife purchased her A4. unfortunately we could not get a deal done at that time. He was totally professional and communication was outstanding. When I called him I did not believe he remembered me, but to my surprise he related the entire previous meeting as well as remembering the vehicle I was trading in before I even mentioned it. The deal went smooth and quick this time. The entire experience was top shelf. Again I most stress I did not know him before walking in the dealer. He was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend Drew as well as Biener Audi to anyone who asked. By the way I live 10 minutes from another Audi dealership this was allot longer trip to get to by I felt worth it. More

We returned our leased 2010 Audi A4 and leased a 2013 Audi A4. Drew was wonderful and the cars are fantastic. We will continue to do business with Biener. The service dept. is also great. Audi A4. Drew was extremely knowledgable about my A5. He knew the product well, answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured. He consistently followed up with me while I was making my final decision product well, answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured. He consistently followed up with me while I was making my final decision and even after delivering the car to me. Drew spent a good hour teaching me about all of the advanced technology the car had to offer so I would feel more comfortable. I definitely recommend Drew Russo and will for sure be back to see him at Biener Audi. More

I decided to lease my new vehicle from Biener Audi for a few reasons. The no nonsense no hassle team at Biener were a pleasure to work with, I had been to a number of other Audi dealers over the years and B few reasons. The no nonsense no hassle team at Biener were a pleasure to work with, I had been to a number of other Audi dealers over the years and Biener has been the most accommodating so I decided to call Drew to see what he could find. Not only did they have a great car in stock that was exactly what I was looking for but they made the process very easy. The majority of the deal was done over the phone (which was a big plus considering my busy schedule) and I was not pressured into buying all of the additional items dealers typically try to sell you at the close of the deal. Drew was great, quick, easy, professional, a pleasure to work with, and was able to provide a great deal for me. I would recommend seeking him out if you are in the market for a new car. More
