In all the years i have been purchasing vehicles, this experience was a bit different. It was quick - easy - and above all the right price. Can't say enough positive things about Biener Audi. Enjoying every minute of my new S4. This is our family's second Audi from Biener in a year, and we worked with Drew Russo for both vehicles. Exceptional dealership with an incredibly knowledgeable sales/service team. Drew is an expert on the vehicles - answering my many questions, and I never felt pressured. After Drew, we worked with Mark Buro, who took the time to make sure all was in place in terms of additional options & paperwork and took care of everything to meet my tight timelines. I got the royal treatment from start to finish. Drew, Louis & Marc all took super care of me and I plan to visit Biener every week. After visiting an Audi Dealership earlier in the day and not receiving a friendly welcome, I decided to try another Audi Dealership because I really wanted an Audi A5. What a wonderful experience I had in p not receiving a friendly welcome, I decided to try another Audi Dealership because I really wanted an Audi A5. What a wonderful experience I had in purchasing my first Audi at Biener Audi. Drew Russo was extremely helpful, personable and professional. He greeted me with a warm smile and firm handshake. He understands that a client does not want to feel like they are at a flea market haggling for every nickel and dime to purchase a car. The price of my car was reasonable and it is what I expected to pay for my vehicle. Drew was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to purchasing my next Audi (oh, because I just love my new car) at Audi Biener. More

Drew Russo was a great salesman. He was knowledgeable, nice and fair. The whole transaction was very easy. I just leased another Audi Q5 from Biener Audi. Drew Russo was the salesman who I worked with 3 years ago and I worked with him again for this new lease. He was and remains friendly, caring, respectful Russo was the salesman who I worked with 3 years ago and I worked with him again for this new lease. He was and remains friendly, caring, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. Drew clearly knows the brand and its vehicles well. Most importantly, he was trustworthy and responsive. We negotiated a fair lease price and the car was ready at my convenience. I highly recommend Biener Audi and Mr. Russo. More
