Drew was extremely knowledgable about my A5. He knew the product well, answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured. I decided to lease my new vehicle from Biener Audi for a few reasons. Not only did they have a great car in stock that was exactly what I was looking for but they made the process very easy. The majority of the deal was done over the phone (which was a big plus considering my busy schedule) and I was not pressured into buying all of the additional items dealers typically try to sell you at the close of the deal. Drew was great, quick, easy, professional, a pleasure to work with, and was able to provide a great deal for me. I would recommend seeking him out if you are in the market for a new car. More
