The dealership is probably the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever dealt with. I dealt with three different sales representatives in one day. Unfortunately none of them had my information in f establishment I’ve ever dealt with. I dealt with three different sales representatives in one day. Unfortunately none of them had my information in front of them. They quoted me a sight unseen value for my trade which was $4000 less than the quoted book value. They had no interest in discussing this number and had a totally different employee call me back. I would not want anyone to experience this circus atmosphere! More
