New Audi customer, glad I dealt with Biener ! Was in the market for a new lease, long time Acura customer and was ready for a change. Audi A4, premium plus with specific color combination....did my homework and visited other dealerships before stopping into Biener. As silly as this sounds, the vibe and approach of the salespeople is as important to me as the numbers. Drew Russo, very good sales manager; professional and polite and made it clear in a non-aggressive way he wanted to earn our business. Donald, salesman also informative and helpful with a sincere persona! We readily negotiated a deal and the car was ready the same day with some nice freebies! All weather mats and Audi swag which was a nice touch! I sense this dealership would like your business for life, not a single deal. I would recommend Biener as your first stop if you are in the market for an Audi. My experiences elsewhere were subpar in comparison. Ask for Drew and Donald! More

Not Honest I bought my car at Beiner. Everything not covered under warranty is TWICE the price of a non-Audi mechanic. they tell you their mechanics are 'facto I bought my car at Beiner. Everything not covered under warranty is TWICE the price of a non-Audi mechanic. they tell you their mechanics are 'factory trained' whatever that means. Then why does it take them 3 hours to fix just front brake pads and my mechanic a little over ONE HOUR??? They quoted me over $800 (w no rotors) just front pads. The guy point blank said changing pads takes 3 hours @ $150 an hour -- like spending an extra $300 was not a big deal. Sad thing is, the people who work at Audi can't afford to have their own cars fixed there. This is FRAUD, plan and simple. Do the math if they OVER charge 15 people a day, 6 days a week...felonious. More
