My best buying experience ever I have purchased my share of vehicles, new and used. We showed up at the dealership on the late side Saturday and Andrew Scheetz welcomed as soon as w I have purchased my share of vehicles, new and used. We showed up at the dealership on the late side Saturday and Andrew Scheetz welcomed as soon as we got there. I wound up getting my 2018 WRX from him. Not only is he a wealth of detailed knowledge on everything Subaru (he runs the local chapter of Subaru enthusiasts!), but his laid back approach made the purchase process more like a conversation and we did not feel under pressure. I would definitely get my next car from Andrew. More

Excellent Service and new car buying experience This is the 3rd new vehicle we have purchased from Dean Team and my overall buying experience was excellent. Even though it was a very busy day, the dealer had the vehicle I was interested in available and ready. All my questions were answered by Drew and a complete review and demonstration of the vehicle's features and options was given. All the finance and paperwork was well organized, taking a minimum amount of time to complete, and Drew had the new vehicle prepared and ready to drive off the lot after all the paperwork was completed. Easiest Car Purchase - Ever I came in to look at a 2015 VW Passat that I had seen online, drove it and told Drew - my salesman - that I was interested in purchasing. I sat do I came in to look at a 2015 VW Passat that I had seen online, drove it and told Drew - my salesman - that I was interested in purchasing. I sat down at his desk and made the offer, he pitched the offer to his manager and it was approved - including a better offer on my trade than I expected. As soon as the offer was approved, Drew had a handful of questions to send everything over to financing and dropped the financing off to Jason - finance manager. While still sitting at Drew’s desk, talking about the car, Jason phoned over and said we already had finance offers rolling in - even though it was late evening. We had paperwork printed and signed in no time. The next morning I got a call that a lower offer came over and asking if I wanted to come in and redo the paperwork - I said “of course”. (Here is where I should probably mention that my credit isn’t great and I was half not even expecting to get financed but we did and at a decent rate for my credit. I’ve bought 5 cars from dealerships in my lifetime and this was BY FAR the easiest and most straightforward. The entire sales team was friendly and made you feel like an old friend but Drew and Jason went above beyond my expectations and will recommend everyone that I know to purchase through Drew at the Dean Team. More

I know I spent a lot of his time but felt like he was making sure that I was as informed as I could be to the most comfortable with my auto purchase. Now I am the proud owner of a brand new car that is well within my price range and don't feel like I was taken advantage of by the dealership. I'll be sending everyone to Drew and the Dean Team dealership! More

Ask for Andrew Scheetz when you visit Dean Team Subaru I went to four dealerships on Manchester, Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Subaru. Out of all the sales people I talked with, Andrew Scheetz at Dean Team Su I went to four dealerships on Manchester, Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Subaru. Out of all the sales people I talked with, Andrew Scheetz at Dean Team Subaru was by far and away the best at just understanding what our needs were and trying to meet those needs, not trying to sell us. He has a great customer focus. And, he is really knowledgeable about all the Subaru models, which was really helpful since we had never considered Subaru before. Andrew had a lot of patience with us as we drove model after model and answered our hundreds of questions. Ultimately, we decided on a Forester, and Andrew had a lot to do with that decision. More

Great buying experience with sales consultant Andrew Scheetz Andrew Scheetz helped us decide on a Subaru Forester. We went thru all the dealerships in my vicinity and decided to revisit Subaru. We checked thei Andrew Scheetz helped us decide on a Subaru Forester. We went thru all the dealerships in my vicinity and decided to revisit Subaru. We checked their inventory online and requested a test drive at 9 am Saturday morning. The Forester was ready, by the front door, all warmed up on 35 degree day, nice! We bought and the financing was a breeze too, with the finance guy, Dustin, who is a Patriots fan. I decided to get protective door trim from Parts and Richard Obermark put in the order and will call me when it arrives. Andrew Scheetz explained all the benefits that the dealership offers is maintaining our Forester. Then Andrew helped us get acclimated with our new Forester before we left, A wonderful buying experience !!! More

Andrew Scheetz at Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen was head and shoulders above anyone else we dealt with. He made sure we were able to sit in and test drive three different Subaru’s and VWs the first day; and then another two different Subaru’s on the second. He followed up each day with a phone call to make sure we had all the needed information to make a decision. When we decide to buy a Subaru he made it very easy and “greased” the skids ahead of us so that the entire process was fast and efficient. Dustin Westhoff did a great job in taking us through what additional services were available; and we were literally in and out within minutes in terms of the "financial" side of the business. More
