I was floored by his honesty - when the first car I came to look at didn't pass muster in the shop, he made sure I knew he wouldn't put me into a vehicle that could be a headache. Once we'd located the perfect car, his professionalism, extensive knowlege of his product, and the excitement he injected into the experience kept a smile on my face throughout the experience. I never felt rushed into a decision, Drew only offered encouragement to make the right one. I'm so very glad he talked me into considering a BMW, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the vehicle we ended up settling on. I will be sending anyone I know on a vehicle hunt off to find him, and when the time comes for my next driveway upgrade, I'll be hunting him down to make sure I end up in the perfect vehicle. More
