I would like to express my gratitude and my appreciation for how the service team and all the sales people at BMW of Devon have treated myself and my husband since we purchased our automobile. We feel as if for how the service team and all the sales people at BMW of Devon have treated myself and my husband since we purchased our automobile. We feel as if we may be their only customer sometimes, lol based on how supportive and helpful they have been to us. Living along the Paoli Berwyn, Devon, Stratford area all of my life I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have something as important and serious as a car that needs servicing or to purchase anew. We highly recommend BMW of Devon. More

My Service Advisor, Jeff Martin is the best! He makes me feel like a VIP. Which is great cause I'd love to keep this car for bit longer (Glad I purchased the extended warranty! I came in with a pretty good idea that I wanted an X7. While chatting with Drew he let me know if I wanted to wait just a bit more I could get an M60. We went for that slot and then he helped me design exactly what I wanted. He was never pushy and I felt like he did a great job of trying to pull examples around the lot to help me choose. Throughout the process Drew was quick to reply to me and kept me up to date as the car arrived. Everyone else on staff was friendly and easy to work with. More

Worked with Drew on 2nd deal. ..this time it was an ordered 330e. Given all the global supply issues and delays, the car was delivered much later than we all expected...which wasn ..this time it was an ordered 330e. Given all the global supply issues and delays, the car was delivered much later than we all expected...which wasn't an issue for us whatsoever (we had assumed that would happen!). Drew was fantastic through the entire process (per usual), and kept us up to date on the schedule. And when it came time to close the deal, Drew was awesome to work with yet again. Thanks Drew!!! Looking forward to next one man! More
