I had the most wonderful experience at M'Lady Nissan, courtesy of Eddie Colville. I had a very unique situation and Eddie helped provide the best experience and solution. First, my daughter was in need o courtesy of Eddie Colville. I had a very unique situation and Eddie helped provide the best experience and solution. First, my daughter was in need of a vehicle and she resides in Champaign, IL. I live in the Bay Area, CA and we identified a used CPO NIssan Altima at M'Lady Nissan. However, this dealership was too far away for myself or my daughter to be able to visit. Eddie was assigned to work with me to figure out the sale of the vehicle we were interested in, the payment, and delivery to my daughter. First and foremost, Eddie was the consummate professional. Despite having never met him personally or visited the dealership, I was immediately put at ease in working with him. His experience, personality and most importantly transparency promoted trust as I was located across the country. He genuinely wanted what was best for my daughter. Together we walked through the used car that interested us, the CARFAX details, and the CPO process. He walked me through the financial details and made sure he answered every question about the process, wiring of funds, and the closing of the sale. Furthermore, he was overly communicative in walking me through every step including talking to me on his days off if I had further concerns. To top things off, Eddie even went out of his way to find a reasonable, cost effective solution to deliver the vehicle to my daughter who was located 4 hours away. I have nothing but great things to say about M'Lady Nissan and in particular, Eddie Colville. I would whole heartedly recommend working with Eddie and M'Lady Nissan for all of your new/used/leased Nissan vehicle purchases. More

Shane Mageland met us in front of the M'Lady dealership. He was invaluable and thorough in answering my questions. He was solicitous and even allowed us to test drive the 2025 Nissan Kicks S so that I could He was invaluable and thorough in answering my questions. He was solicitous and even allowed us to test drive the 2025 Nissan Kicks S so that I could compare it with the SR. Suffice it to say, he understood our situation and we ended up leasing the 2025 Nissan Kicks SR in the color combo I wanted. Deciding on the SR-AWD was a no-brainer. For a little more down payment, he got us to a price point we were comfortable with and fitted our budget. He gave us a deal that was hard to refuse and I ended up going home with it. Between Shane, Brett, Joey, and Drew, we were very happy with the M'Lady service. It was worth the 50-minute drive. More
