Our sales rep, Edwin Frias and our finance rep, Derek Quinones were great! My only issue with the whole process is that when we were completing our paperwork, the car got detailed, which we appreciated. Quinones were great! When we got in the car (at 9:30pm when everyone had left for the night) the plastic part of the lower left side of the driver’s seat was broken. Edwin tried to pop it back on to no avail. A clip was damaged and would not clip back into place. We know it was broken in detailing bc we test drove the car with Edwin and ant that time, it was in tact. Edwin got us a replacement which needed to be ordered and we will have to come back in for installation. Now I am to the reason why I am a little disappointed. We live in The Villages and it is close to a 2 hour drive one way. Despite the broken seat cover, We are very happy with the car and will recommend Brandon Honda More
