And we are not new to car buying! Tiffany Mclain was by far the most helpful, professional auto sales representative we have ever had working for us. And we are not new to car buying! She patiently took all the time necessary to answer our many questions regarding all aspects of both the sales process as well as operation of all the Pilot’s technical features. Tiffany works in the internet sales department and she politely contacted us after we accessed Brandon Honda via the True Car website (which we also recommend). We have only praise for Tiffany. Ron Wright is Tiffany’s supervisor in internet sales and he was likewise charming and very helpful. He made certain we were well taken care of. We met with Driss Hillili and he showed us all the potential interior and exterior features we could add to the standard package. He was delightful and while we did not buy many bells and whistles, he respected our wishes and did not pressure us. Kudos to all the employees we had contact with...even the young man who evaluated our Audi Q5 trade-in whose name we cannot recall! More

DON'T TRUST THEY WILL SELL YOU CAR WITHOUT ISSUES! My salesman, Mohammad Alhadidi, refused to try and talk to the managers when I was trying to talk down the price, so I had to go directly to the manag My salesman, Mohammad Alhadidi, refused to try and talk to the managers when I was trying to talk down the price, so I had to go directly to the managers to try and get them to understand why it should be lower in price. Then, the sales manager, Driss Hilili yelled at me in the middle of all the people in the showroom and told me I needed to sign the contract or he was going to increase the price $1700. Talk about pressuring someone! I really loved that car and went ahead with signing. Which they then adding in $2600 in "Packages I could not refuse at signing". I reached out to the manager afterwards and he gave me a refund of the $2600...but after bringing it in for a Safety Recall at the local Acura dealership in Fort Myers, they found an oil leak that will cost me $1200. This is something that should have been found by the inspection team at Brandon Honda before they put the car up for sale. Now, I am having to look at putting more money into fixing up this car that I just bought from Brandon Honda. More

Simon Roese, a very personable young man who is engaging and spent a great deal of time with me making sure I understood the car and it's technology. As I told him, of all the car salesmen I've encountered through many car buying experiences, I would rate him #1! I would also like to commend Ray (?), the Sales Manger with whom I negotiated my trade-in and final price, as well as the delightful Cassandra Devereaux, the Financial Service Manager who handled most competently and efficiently all the paperwork involved, and the personable Driss Hilili, who helped me in selecting accessories. I met several others of the staff; all were very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a car. More

He was so nice and friendly to deal with, it made the whole experience very nice. How often can you say it was fun to buy a car, and not only that who hugs their car salesman, it really felt like I was dealing with family, it was truly a great experience! Also I would like to give a big thank you to the mgr Tim Jamil, he was very honest with us about the vehicle and gave his recommendation on the next model down, we had originally was looking at the accord touring model, but after talking to him, he informed us the 2.0 was better. How nice is it, when someone is honest and not giving any BS. Also would like to thank Driss Hilili, for everything, he is a really funny guy and very personable. (Good luck with your 5k run). Carina Burr was also pleasant to work with when dealing with accessories.
