When we first stopped in at Larry Miller Hyundai, we were just looking as we had read good reviews on the Palisade. He listened to us as to the color and specifications we were looking for. When we later scheduled a test drive, he had exactly the car we wanted waiting for us. He was very knowlegeable about all the safety features and bells and whistles. From start to finish of the process, including the quote of the vehicle, my trade-in value and through the financing process Jorden was so respectful and private with our information. We also found the same attitude and customer service from D’Shon Warren Finance Manager. They both gave us information and advice without all the high pressure we have felt in our past experiences at other dealerships.
