THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. Kyle McCalla was absolutely spot on. The moment we walked in for our appt - Kyle took the time to listen to what our wants, needs and hopes were. He also streamlined things by not showing us vehicles that were outside of what we knew we could comfortably afford. When it came to the financing, including our trade-in Sam the sales manager and Dshon in finance worked the most efficient and respectful way to not hit our credit multiple times, were transparent, no game playing and Dshon gave us a thumb drive with all the documents instead of us needing to bring home a bunch of papers. Way above service and during a Pandemic I was rear ended and forced to purchase a car in 1 day. This was during the Pandemic and when the Governor had ordered a "Stay at Home" order . Love the vehicle! Disappointed with the service department. Have tried twice to get my bumper fixed that had a scratch when purchased. Just brought it in yesterday to have molding and bumper fixed. department. Have tried twice to get my bumper fixed that had a scratch when purchased. Just brought it in yesterday to have molding and bumper fixed. Molding was done and bumper wasn’t touched again. I’m beyond frustrated. Dealing with Ana wasn’t great. She said she wasn’t aware of the bumper issue and I reminded her she was the one that scheduled the repairs of both issues. Always passing the buck or playing dumb. I was hoping Larry Miller had higher standards. Disappointed More
