In this time of hard to find new vehicles, Duane helped me find a new Rav4 Hybrid that met my desires and also brought in Sales Manager Matt to help assure me no other acceptable Rav4 vehicles were available from anyone within the vicinity. (I had been in contact with another local dealer who had been "assuring me" otherwise - which proved to be untrue.) Matt and Duane also brought out the chief mechanic to help my comfort level regarding a web-discussed issue involving newer-model Rav4's. And Duane helped me to receive the maximum available dealer incentives when I purchased my vehicle that afternoon. I was able to test drive my new Rav4 prior to purchase and could have driven it home that afternoon, except I had my other car there and chose to take home the new one the next morning. Duane answered all my and my wife's questions during his feature briefing, and has since reached out to me to see if I am happy with the car (I need to call him soon to say "absolutely!" More
